A Yo-Yo test is a multi-stage fitness test. It is done by running to and fro between the cones placed 20 meters apart. The running is matched with “Beeps” and measured in shuttles where 1 shuttle is a round-trip to the starting point. A shuttle is followed by a 10 sec recovery period.
